You can expect your order to arrive within 6-8 business days.
Generally, after you place an order, you can us to have your order shipped out within anywhere from 1 to 5 business days. After your order is shipped, expect your order to arrive within 6-8 business days.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we'll sometimes get behind schedule and ship your order late. If this happens, reach out to our support email via support@dupedwhipz.com or via our contact page, and explain your issue. We'll do our best to accomodate you for the excessive shipping times.

If your package was lost, send an email to support@dupedwhipz.com, and make sure to include your order number and a message about your lost package. Usually, we will reach out to USPS and request they provide us with GPS delivery information to ensure your package was properly delivered.
As of right now, we don't offer worldwide shipping.
We're still focused on selling in the US and growing up a bit before getting into the worldwide market. Stay tuned!

Yes, you can! Our "ICE" keychains allow you to upload a picture of any car you'd like to have on the keychain. We'll then send that exact image to one of our designers to trace it and engrave the image along with any custom text you select onto the keychain.

Because your keychains are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges of keychains. However, if your keychain has a problem and is defective, please contact us so we can send you a replacement keychain or refund your order.
We only accept refunds if your order arrives damaged or defective. If this is the case, please email us immediately with images of your broken or defective keychain so we can handle your order accordingly.
